We are proud to be part of TEAM UK for the 2024/2025 season, documenting behind the scenes as the candidate, Tom Phillips, and his team, prepare to take to the world stage.

Over 70 countries compete across various stages to take the podium in what has become the ultimate contest for chefs. President Clare Smyth describes this international culinary competition as the Formula One of cooking and we can’t wait to be a part of it!
